I will be sending 2014 seat for a rebuild (LAMM) and if you live in the DFW area and have a available seat for the month of April - I would love the opportunity to borrow it ;D. I will not put more then 500 miles on the bike that month, really.

Off list please -Thanks Bill

I've often thought that it would be nice if some shop, or individual, offered seats for rent. After all, who wants to drop $500 on a new seat only to find out 500 miles later that it's not working for them.
That keeps me from pulling the trigger on a new one.
Which doesn't help you, of course. just sayin ::024::

That's a good idea, although some what flawed, as there would be infinite variables depending on the weight and height and muscle mass, so stocking a seat that suits one individual would not suit someone else....

LAMM used to have a couple extra S10 seat pans so he could build and send you your seat. Then you would sent him your old seat so he could continue the process for the next customer. Unfortunately that ended when some didn't send back there old seats.

A $200 seat deposit would stop that s#!t.
