I pulled a bonehead mistake and am going to make an offer in case anybody here can benefit from it. I broke the front fender when the fender extender caught on the skid plate. Needless to say, I won't install any more fender extenders on this bike. But in ordering a new fender I gave the wrong paint code and now own a beautiful 2012 blue front fender that I need to return.
The fender cost $86.20 online and they are going to charge a restocking fee. Rather than give that money to the dealer, I'd rather pay it forward to another owner. If anybody here needs a new front fender, I'll round the price off to $75 and split you the shipping from 20882.
Offer expires Saturday (April 4) mid-morning, as I have an "on call" job and want it gone before my rotation comes back up on Monday. If nobody buys it, the thing will go back to the dealer Saturday mid-day.
