Thanks for the link. Everything I read about he SupTen is about "middle-ing" it, it most always seems to be lukewarm at best. Thats fine with me because not only am I new to the ADV scene, I know I got a lot of bike for the money that also has a much better reputation for reliability. At the end of the day I just want to get on it and have it perform admirably day in and day out.

I'm leaving tomorrow on an 800 -1000 mile weekend. Haven't looked at the bike beforehand, haven't worried about it one iota. I'll grab the top box, throw some clothes and a toothbrush in, make sure there isn't a puddle of oil under the bike (there isn't, I walked past it through the garage after work), check the tire pressures, and hit the road.

For me there's nothing better than that...even better worry-free.
