Installed a Admore light about three weeks ago, everything worked fine. Cruise, brakes and signals. Last week found that cruise quit working, the speedo icon would just flash on the dash. One of my friends remarked how bright my rear light was, which is when discovered brake light on all the time. checked adjustment on rear brake pedal, even completely disconnected. no change. Went to front brake handle, no adjustement, disconnected, Still on. Checked relays, found that second top relay from the left, when disconnected, brake light goes off and running light works. Hmmmmmmm. Any ideas, relay seems to be OK, but it does have a diode mark on it, wonder if diode went bad. Anyone else have similar occurrence?

Mine did same thing. Turned out to be the where rear brake light switch wire is tied to frame just above the switch. Was so tight that the insulation on wires wore through and allowed wires to touch each other.

The brake pedal wasn't it? Bummer, sure seemed like it should have been, seeing as how that was the last thing messed with. Did you take the Admore light out of the circuit?

I pulled all accessories off including fuse block and com. system. No Joy. Anyone know if the circuit supplies power to brake light by making contacts or by breaking the contacts?

The only thing that supplies power + to the brake light are the two brake switches. Do they trip a relay? With those both disconnected, and power still throwing the brights, it has to be a live short to a +, or a relay stuck. I accessed the brake light harness under the seat of my '12. It's a three wire harness, yellow being the brake circuit. I know I saw the light, it sure as heck looked like the brake was on... are we sure that it's an On thing, and not an Off thing? Ah, the Cruise disengaged suggests an On thing. Probe that yellow, see if it's hot. LOL, you prolly did already.
