I met Paul last year just south of Moab at the rest area near "Hole in the Rock"We are two days in and over 1000 miles. Between yesterday and today we have covers about 400+ miles of dirt the ‘back’ way. We are in CO tonight and off to Wyoming tomorrow. Then head on over to Custer on Tuesday.
Funny thing happened tonight. We were taking another awesome back road up to Georgetown, CO late in the day today. We were 30-40 miles south of Georgetown. We got off the bikes, walked down to the river, take a picture, stretch. All of a sudden this guy and wife walk up to us like ‘on purpose’. Kinda caught us off guard. And in the first sentence he says. I know you and I know your bike Jaxon. OK, that’s really strange. Lol
He is a forum member and saw my bike out in the sticks of CO and wanted to stop and say hello. How cool and fun. Small world !
I think his forum name is Paul 44.
