I entered an order with this store on May 19th and have tried to cancel my order for the last 3 days - ZERO response to my emails and website messaging. Today I called them and was referred to their sales email again no response, so i have decided to put a claim into Visa.
If anyone has had a similar experience with them let everyone know - I can tell you that a reputable retailer in the industry pretty much told me the same story!
