If you can pull the OEM bearings, and read the number off them.
Head down to your local bearing/transmission shop, and get them dirt cheap, and slightly better quality.
That said, the OEM items hold up well, all things considered.

I should explain...I want to buy some bar to slide the bearings over to use a tyre bar on so I can change my own tyres. I know that they are nominally 22mm but 22.00 or 22.10 or 21.90?

Based on the picture from Checkswrecks.
I am pretty sure it is 22mm inside and 37 mm outside (22=ø) (Z8=type of sealing) (37=Ø) 22Z837

And H7 ISO tolerance, that is -0 mm and + 0,021 mm

It's a 22mm bearing as you already know. If you can buy a 22mm round bar, you should be all set. If not, and the rod fits tight, it will only take a couple of thousands taken off the rod. Takes maybe 30 minutes manually with emory cloth. Here in USA, it's darn near impossible to buy metric round bar, so I bought a 3/4" bar and wrapped .005" brass shimstock around it to build it up to 22mm.

The I.D. on all bearings is 22MM. The O.D. is different on the three rear bearings, but for what you want, 22MM is the number.
