Is anyone familiar with the brand of this lamp? The wire literally fell out and I have no idea how, or if I can open up the assembly to repair.

Looks like a generic Chinese light. The knurling on the bezel suggests that it unscrews and the guts likely come out from the front.

You’re right. I clamped it a vice and put channel locks to it. Water had seeped in and cooked the board. Time to order a new set.
