Audi TT-Rs ????

This is a long shot, but my brother is buying an Audi TT-Rs (2012) over the Internet. The car is here in Vegas and my brother is not. I've looked at the car but a couple of things bothered me.

Under the hood and rear hatch, there were stickers that read, "Safetyparts" with a 1-800 number listed below. Also, there was no liner in the engine compartment. I'm used to seeing a liner to protect the hood from heat. The sticker thing bothers me because, why would a car built in Hungary have a sticker in English with a 1-800 number on it????

I joined the Audi World forum but I'm being ignored there! Damn snobs! lol
