I would have thought the header / down pipes would have been more like a stainless steel silver colour like on the Arrow site, am I missing something here?
At those pictures the pipes are after two working riding hours. The first color was silver as at the Arrow's brochure. ;)

I like the full system idea better. Was there a hole for the O2 sensor to go into the new header? Also this does away with the CAT in the stock system, right? How does it run? I assume you are still in stock tune. Usually with a full system most bikes need to be richened up on the mapping. Power commander or something of that nature. I have not read about much that is available for the S10 yest. How much weight was lost by installing the full system verses stock? guestimate is good enough.

EDIT: I see the O2 sensor now in the pic.

Nice job Kostas, bike sounds good. How do you find the risers.

The risers are ''must'' for the taller riders if they riding off road. I'm 6.25 (190cm) and I was like the Quasi on the bike when I rode in upright position. ;D

Kostas, Thanks for posting the pictures & video.

I couldn't help but notice the way your throttle cables are routed. Was that neccesary due to the Rox risers or did you just prefer the look?
Some have mentioned the throttle cables somewhat block the view of the dash, so I'm curious as to your exact setup choice.

Thanks again,
Kev

Yes Kev, the cables passed from below because of Rox risers. The cables were somewhat stretched and this I do not like. But now the vision to the dashboard is much better. ;)
