I'm 6f2 and the combination of the seat titled forward and the handle bar hurt my lowerback and shoulders. I'm about to pull the trigger on the helibar but I'm wondering if that's going to fix the issue. What do you guys think?

I'd suggest doing the seat leveling mod first to see how much that helps. Some find it necessary to replace their handlebars to change the "sweep" to alleviate shoulder issues, or they rotate the bars in their risers. There are discussions in the technical sub-forums you can look at.

Thank you! Yes the seat leveling mod didn't change anything, Actually, it make the seat quite unstable.

I bought them and I am 6'3" and they helped as I now don't feel like I am reaching out. To my surprise they also helped when I am standing too. The install wasn't to hard. Hardest part was on the left side of the frame just back of the gooseneck where you have to undo a bracket. To some finesseing to get that undone. Other than that not bad install.

I am also 6’2” with a 33” inside leg measurement and the only ‘mod’ that I did was the seat levelling one which is detailed on here, but we are all different.
In reply to your question “are the Heli bar risers worth it?”, my answer is, yes they are as long as they solve the issue that you have. Good luck and let us know how you get along.

For me the seat leveling didn’t help anything but a different aftermarket seat pretty much helped everything, I tried three different custom seats, they all helped , I now use a Corbin seat. With your height I suspect RDL would probably be your best choice but it was to tall and to wide for me.

Did you insert a spacer and slide the tongue under the lowest part of thevrear bracket? If you don't, it will be as you described.
