AR 500

Kinda bummed, there was only a single ST represented at the 500 this past weekend. After the ST Rally in the fall I figured more members would now be turned on by how well AR fits this bike. Where was everybody? Turned out to be a 1000 for me as I ADV'ed over and back. Still working on a good routine on living off the bike, sure it is easy of you hotel it. Not a big fan of the pants, sure they are waterproof but bulky and heavy to say the least.

I was up there at the Hub for the Hill Billy dual sport ride last weekend. Left the Tenere at home and rode my WR250R instead this time. I love riding that area.

Got to ride some or the GPS routes a week ago with a friend. Thanks to Olery! Left the Tenere at home and took the KTM. Had a Great time found out the KTM didn't have enough fuel! Arkansas is a very special place! Nicest People Ever!

I work on aircraft parts for a living. If I could figure out how to make living there I would move in heart beat. I am jealous of the folks that live there.

I was too busy this weekend and couldn't get away until Saturday. I did manage a 300 mile ride to the Hub on Saturday to try out my new tent. Saw some of the Hillbilly Dualsport group there. It looked like they had a good ride.

I might do it next year on the Tenere.
