I have a neotec and it's likely the best helmet I've ever used.
My BMW & Ducati riding buddies both say the same thing about the Neotec. I'm still using a Multi-tech sometimes with the Sunblocker and sometimes with electrical tape depending on the face shield installed. Helmets & such are like seats; use what works for your own comfort & functionality.

another Neotec lover, 'great helmet. The thing about helmets tho is their sort of like seats: one man's nectar is another man's poison. Take a hard look at heads as they stroll by in the airport someday, they come in VERY different shapes and sizes. The trick is to find the one that works for you.

To the OP: I had a Sunblocker, likely still do somewhere but I wasn't that enamored of it. These days I just use the internal sun screen. If that's not enough I add sunglasses below & if I am really several hours straight into the rising sun a fresh roll of electrical tape, The idea is not to add a lot, just a dark area (inch or so) where you can dodge the burning ball. Once it's high enough in the sky, you just loose the tape at the first gas station. If you commute into the rising sun everyday a small black out spot roughly where the sun hits you just might do wonders. 'Cheap to find out....

I've used electrical tape on the last two helmets, an old HJC and a Shoei modular. Doesn't block your view, just gives that little bit of protection with the nod of your head. I'm in a Schuberth E1 now, like the drop down lens, works with corrective eye pieces fine, like the adjustable 'roost beak' a lot. All the way down it does block a good quarter of your view, but provides a ton of shade. Easily adjusted, needs to be up one notch in the twistys. Does have a small vibration in turbulence, I just spend as little time as I can in a cage's wash. ::26::
