I would say no. When I put his name in the member search, nothing showed up.

He's had gaps in participation before. I've noticed that members might be purged if not heard from for more than a year. Where did you find his profile? I couldn't locate him as a member.

i mean,t that on one of his threads i just clicked on his avatar picture to send a pm, and saw he,d not been on or last seen in 2021

All I can tell you is he has not signed in for at least 12 months. If he was running default on his e mail, his forum mail should have pinged there too
