What Is That?

That suppose to be an adventure bike? Looks like an inline 4 with small tires.

Looks like a Kawasaki Z1000 with a Multistrada frontend.

I am having Spy vs. Spy flashbacks. Looks like something out of a comic. I guess adventure bikes are supposed to have a beak or something.

It's a street oriented ADV bike and it seems a beak is a prerequisite for those bikes that are never going to need them, because it shows all the guys at the pub you are serious.

Other bikes are just serious and therefore don't spend much time at pubs.

Cheers

I am soooo glad the S10 bucked this particular trend...

Beak number 2.
This Honda does look sweet though.

It was cool on the BMW for way too long.

So am I. It is a deal breaker for me, as are certain colors. If it had a beak, it wouldn't be in my garage.

Beak no, but I think I would like the high fender. I was sold on the zebra pattern with high front fender promo video of it before the actual release.

I think the high front fender would be a problem at speeds above 80-85. When I really spin up the WRR on the road, you can see the front fender flex, especially going into a strong/gusty headwind. How much of a problem is anyone's guess; my WRR is geared so it likes 65 or less these days.

But we all are such good citizens, we would never go anywhere near that fast, therefore I guess it wouldn't matter: pure theory. ::025::

As a Versys 650 owner I can say that I am glad they didn't buck the trend and make the Versys into a bike that is pretty to look at. By keeping it fugly it makes their engineering staff work extra hard to make a bike worth riding, cause no one looks at a Versys and says oh yeah that's what I like, but some how they still sell!

I will miss the great handling of my Versys, when she's gone, but not the looks!

The inline-4 is a deal breaker for me. A larger version of their parallel twin in the smaller Versys would have been my preference.
