Altrider crash bar asymmetry question

I understand the bars are asymmetrical and that the ability to remove the glove box cover is retained.
What about the panel on the radiator side? Are you able to move it enough to be able to get to the radiator cap in order to do a coolant change or do you have to remove the bars to do that?

Yes, by removing some of the screws holding that cover on you can get to the radiator cap to add coolant.
