I've had these for less than a year. They are in pretty good shape, but my wife just got me some new boots for my birthday (yay!).
They are indeed waterproof (tested). Comfy, and good quality. I wear a size 11, and they fit fine, but I would wager that they would fit an 11.5 as well.
$150 takes 'em.
