I decided after forgetting my clear visor and having to ride at night that switching the light bar on and off at the handlebars made more sense. I used the hazard switch on the left cluster to switch the bar on and off. When I do finally add the SII lights to the handlebars, I'll use the Skene controller with them.

Tuff lights off of amazon $112.00, 4 lights. Switch is crap so I used a piaa switch that I had. 950 lumens super bright plus no need for any mounting hardware.

I've been very happy with the autoswitch http://www.autoswitch.com/as7.php as it lets me control the driving lights with the high beam switch. Simple to use and not expensive, and no extra wires to route.
