On the older models there are two connectors like that for heated grips & aux lights.
Tucked away pretty good under the right side panel .

On the 14 and 15's these are in addition to the 3 and 4 pin plugs that are on the previous models.

Actually, the ones in the image are additional to the heated grips and aux light connectors (I used the aux light connector as the trigger for my PC8, and also saw the heated grip connector next to it - and both are bigger than the two in the image). The mystery has not been resolved yet

Fred, yes, mine is the standard '14. Isn't the 4 prong white connector for the heated grips? Now I'm confused.

CaptShaq -- where did you mount the PC-8 on your 2014? Do you have the ES model? There is not much extra room under the right side cowling on my ES.

Shaq, on the 14ES model that comes with heated grips, the 4 pin connector is not connected. They are connected to those two 2 pin connectors in your pic. The 3 pin is still supposed to be for aux lights, but the circuits on the 4 pin connector are different than previous years. See this thread by Juan where he connected aftermarket grips to those two 2 pin connectors.

When you plug into them, it also enables the dash panel control for heated grips, so no external controller is required.

Yup, that explains the two smaller plugs in my photo, (and as you said, in the ES the heated grips are connected to it), but it seems even Juan doesn't know what the 4 prong white connector is for (except that it can be used for power). I actually went through the shop's service book to find out, but haven't seen any mention of it.
