that's like buying the car of your dreams then finding out the following week their offering 0% for 60 months , and your paying 8.9 %.

Yep the same thing happened to me. Two weeks after paying $393 they go for $205. It's a hard pill and I'm a little bitter.

Also just ordered one. Was looking at them last night and after seeing this post today, figured that if I didn't order one ASAP, then they'd be on back-order.

Who else had thier order cancelled? It initially appears to be a very dishonest company.

"Thank you for your interest in ACD Racing Parts.
We apologize, but this item is currently out of stock. We are not able to provide a re-stock date at this time. Your order has been refunded in full."

So did they (ACD) see the sudden interest in this product, decide to cancel all the new orders and then raise the price? I'm bummed about having my order cancelled - it would have been nice if ACD had given me the option of keeping the order active (at the sale price) until the product was back in stock. My order was placed yesterday evening. Something stinks.
I just sent them an email asking if I had the option of keeping the order open until the skid plate was available - will not hold my breath waiting on their response.

I basically said the same thing. This is total BS. Kinda makes me not want the ACD anymore.

As a recent first time customer to ACD I have to say other than the quality of their skid plate I'm not impressed with this company at all. They're unreachable by phone and only replied to one of three emails. Their online skid plate install video is a total joke with horribly inadequate details, poor lighting and bad camera angles.

So now they've decided to place a deceptive price tag on a currently unavailable product that they have no intention of selling at that price. I'm a business owner and I'd never treat my clients or potential clients that way.

Regardless of the quality of their products I will never buy from them again.
