Your a long ways away from here but we could get a group together next summer to all meet up in Arkansas to ride forest roads.
Another ride that would be good for you is the Romney gathering this spring.

This is actually a highway in north Missouri, Highway 149. It's been washed out for almost two years.

I'm not shy about dropping my bike.

You really go on amazing rides and explore many interesting places.

I would suspect that Romney is out, I don't like riding east.
As for a meet up in Arkansas, I'm all for it but my planning events isn't going to happen. My granddaughters want to rule my life. I can't make any plans because at the last minute they make my plans. The best I can hope for is to make it to an event without planning.

Down in Missouri this morning.
Stopped for coffee along the Fox River.

Then I was close to a trail I had tried riding twice before but with all the overgrowth I had to turn back. Finally, this time it had looked like the county had gone through and opened it back up.

They are both brand new But that front is just some super cheap street tread junker. It's just full of mud in that picture.

With bald tires. "But that front is just some super cheap street tread junker" So . . . . that hill, on those tires . . . . and others worry about getting the right tire(s). Apparently, with the right amount of skill, you don't need the right tire.

Steve has enough skill that he doesn't even need off road tires. Junker street tires are good enough.
