I don't think so. By chance I was at the Yamaha dealer around noon today, and was told that the 2014 models were being debuted at the show today. I asked him if it was the one that already debuted on the EU website and he replied there are additional releases due out today. He said the dealer show was at 3pm, and the general release would be afterward... Take it with a grain of salt. I am.

Yep we have the same dealer. . . I told him if they put a factory cruise on the 2014 Tenere, I would be in to trade up. I just did 2700 miles over 8 days. From Crossville Tn to home less than 100 miles were on the Fwy. The last 2 days were 480 + per day. Man, would a cruise had been nice.
Throw my excel throttle control on your bike and see if it helps. I realize it isn't real cc, but it works really well on long spans.

I have a Kaoko throttle lock on my bike. On flat roads it was fine. Once the roads started going up and down, I would loose speed going up and then haul ass down. . . If there are no changes to the 2014 model, a Russell Day Long seat will be the next Farkle.
