We are offering a 3-pack of Oil changes. This includes everything you need to do 3 complete engine oil changes as well as 3 filters and enough gear lube for the rear drive for several changes. I know the manual doesn't require a new oil filter with every oil change; however, when you pay $15,000 for a motorcycle and accessories - an extra $13 a couple of times per year for filters seems like cheap insurance to me.
Motorcycles like all engines should be stored with fresh oil. If you store your 4-stroke machines, don't change oil when you pull them out of storage, change oil before you put them in storage. Old oil sitting in an engine will continue to react to engine components and oil contaminants which cause sludge and deposits to form during storage.
On my S10 I change the engine oil, filter, and rear drive lube every 4,000 miles. This might seem like overkill on the rear drive, but it take about 2 minutes to change and costs about $3.00 & the fluid I drain out always looks like crap so I'm happy to give it some fresh stuff.
This offer is for the AMSOIL 10W-40 Motorcycle specific oil and a high end AMSOIL automotive filter with full synthetic filtration media that is the exact size of the OEM filter and has the correct by-pass valve pressure etc... (this filter is a significant upgrade from the OEM filter.) In addition, this includes the AMSOIL Severe Gear 75w-90 Rear Drive Lube as well as pour spouts to make it a little easier to fill.
Exact list of what is included:
12-Quarts of AMSOIL 10w-40 Motorcycle Oil
3- AMSOIL EA15K12 Oil Filters
1-Quart AMSOIL Severe Gear 75w-90 Gear Lube
2-Flexible pour spouts for quart bottles
1-Gear lube dispenser tip for easy insertion in rear drive
Includes delivery to your door typically in 2-3 business days.
Total Price: $150.00 ($50 / oil change) + applicable sales tax
