Hello, I got my bike last Friday. After driving a BMW R1200RT 2012, I'm literally in love with my ST
Previously I had some thumper bikes like A Yam TT500 and a TT600. I also had a Norton Commando 850. I love torquey bikes
The ST have the thumper like power with more HP I like. The suspension is also splendid on bad roads we have here
As I'm 6 ft tall, I will probably buy soon a VStream windshield. I also considered the Puig
Also, as the best position on the seat for me is when I'm near the back of the front seat. This position means I would have a better feeling if the handlebars were positioned a littler further back. I'm not sure risers would be the best to cure this situation. I saw adaptors which can position the handlebars back. As I also find the handlebars really wide, it is perhaps great to use different shape handlebar instead of using adaptors but will I have to use longer hoses or cables ?
Any comments are welcome.
Thanks
