Unlikely it was the rain that caused the stall. How many miles on the bike? In the early stages the engine is still settling in. If it was just one occurrence I would just ignore it.

52,000 is more than settled in.
As I said, if it's just one occurrence I would ignore it.

Hopefully you are good to go.

However I do wonder if you have got a water leak down one/more of the coil sticks, as the seals have been disturbed recently. May be worth a look when you have the time. A wipe of dielectric or silicone grease around the seals & a spray afterwards with WD40 should keep the damp out

IF there is water in the coils, the engine would stumble. Sudden death from off throttle and clutch in, I found that by turning out the reference air screw of the Throttle Body from fully closed in to 1/2 turn out solves it once and for all. Do a TB sync while you are at it.
