2014-15 cruise

Anyone know if the cruise on the 2014-15 s-10 is adaptable to the older bikes? Factory that is, if it's possible or not for a factory look or would it be a waste of time and $$.

I would assume, and will be corrected I'm sure, but the ECU may be different and a whole host of other odds and sods would need changing. Better off looking at a simple solution like a throttle lock all the way to an electronic cruise.............

I was thinking if it was possible to swap ecu's and maybe wiring in a stepper motor.(if that is what it uses). And of course the switches.

I doubt, seriously, that the cruise could be "adapted" to an earlier model. It would NOT be worth risking your life to find out!!

Look for the Rostra install in the forum for a cruise. guys seemed to like it when the Tenere's started coming out.
