2013 Triumph Thruxton, I really liked the look of the Scrambler but did not like the 270 degree firing order or the lack of twin pipes, I liked the Thruxton since I owned a couple before but I'm not getting any younger so wanted more comfort, basically I was looking for something to mess around with, so I picked out a Brooklands green one and set about making it more scrambly but now I need a better commuter/long distance bike than this can be so it and my Missis 2013 Bonneville SE are both going up for sale (don't tell her just yet) so I can pick up something more suited for the job its going to have to do so I have another Super Ten in my sights!

Bike was registered in August 2013 so its roughly four months old, it has covered 1230 miles but I'm still going to ride it at least once a week till it finds a new owner, everything works like it should, its never been dropped and the first service was done at 600 miles. it came with 2 years warranty so its got 18 months unlimited mileage left to run.

OK so I added British customs Predator mufflers, I also used their air box removal kit and air injection delete, BC fender eliminator, plus rectifier and ignition switch re locator brackets. I re mapped the EFI to suit these mods, I fitted stock T100 foot rest hangers with billet pegs, added Triumph America model throttle, clutch and brake cables/lines to work correctly with the higher wider bars fitted (Harley bars of some type). Flipped the headlight brackets upside down and plasti dipped them and the headlight,, fitted T100 fork gators and tank pads, Steve McQueen black T100 mirrors and the single seat with rack, small turn signals then added the ugly shield.

We have all the stock parts wrapped up and boxed, my next step was to add Avon Distanza tires and leave it at that, well maybe powder coat the rims black, add some longer better blacker shocks and as you probly know it never stops!

Anyway looking to sell it "as is" and with all the stock parts inc but could be persuaded to put it back to stock although that seems a waste considering the intake and exhaust mods pumped it up from 55bhp and the rear wheel to 68 and the sound difference is what its all about with an old school British parallel twin anyway!

$7850 with everything you see and inc the all the stock parts, located in Atlanta

The first 8 pics were taken this morning,
the rest were various times during the build
showing different bars etc.
