2012 vs 2013

I couldn't find a definitive guide on this question.
What are the differences between 2012 and 2013?
So far, I can't seem to find any.

Nothing - only colour changes between 12 and 13.

Sorry, rode an XR650R for a long time and that was the extent of the marketing they did for changes

Yep, no changes except BNG.
