Well, after a couple of years of ownership the time has come for something with a lower pillion seat (and I was made redundant).....
2012 (12 reg) Gen 1, Black, 43500 miles
There are lots of accessories included in the price: Yamaha top box and panniers, Rox bar risers, MRA vario screen & original screen, Seats re-covered with gel inserts by CMSeats, Oxford heated grips, engine bars with PIAA spotlights and a headlight protector (both included but not fitted), rear brake pedal enlarger, front mudguard fender extender with extra mudflap to keep the engine cleaner and rubber shielding to protect the top of the engine and back of the bike from spray.
Dealer Service stamps in book up to 32,500 miles. I gave it a full service shortly after I bought it which included coolant, brake/clutch fluids and fork oil and since then I adjusted the valve clearances at 42,000 miles (I posted photos on here when I did that), fitted a manual camchain tensioner (I think I mentioned that on here at the time too), replaced the front and rear brake pads about 250 miles ago and oil & filter was last changed about 3,000miles ago along with the rear drive oil. Tyres are Michelin Anakee Adventure with about 5mm left on the rear and 3mm on the front. The bike is in excellent condition but there are some marks as you would expect, including a thumbnail size dent on the petrol tank but it’s so small I couldn’t photograph it. MOT to July 2021.
