I picked this bike up from a coworker in June for my gf to learn to ride. She has since lost interest and I want the garage space. The bike is quite nice. It runs and drives very well. It flies when you wind it up and gets up and down the canyons well. It has a few marks on the paint and exhaust, but I don't believe it has ever been crashed. The frame, swingarm, fork, and body work aren't scraped. This bike would make a great lightweight sporty addition to somebody's garage or a good learner, or a track day special.
In July it got tires, brake pads, rear rotor brake fluid, oil change, radiator drain, new chain and sprockets, air filter, and a battery. At the same time, the plugs were replaced and the valves adjusted. I've ridden it less than 500mi since then. I also installed slider spools to make chain adjustment easier. It needs nothing a functions flawlessly. Everything was done at R. Tillery Powersports in Bakersfield.
21,xxx mi. It will accumulate a few more as I take it to work occasionally to run it.
I'd consider trades for other bikes, but I'm really just looking to sell it unless you have a DR650.
Clear title on hand. Tags valid until June 2016
