The top picture is from the article. The article claimed that it was street legal, which meant someone could actually ride it. But the article didn't show a person on the bike. I Googled it and found the bottom picture. In my opinion, that is not ridable except for in a straight line. Definite feat of engineering. I wanted to hear it run, and I found the video below; very disappointed.

With all those cylinders fighting each other for breathing, you'd make more power out of a 750cc triple!

multibank engines need the help of a super charger I'm thinking . for altitude for sure.
in WW2 the Sherman tank ( American ) used various engines ,one being a multi bank Chrysler design , it seemed successful . did it have a blower to help it along , im thinking it did not.
interesting getting all those parts going in the same direction.
