I here's a pic of mine about same angle as yours and they look pretty close to me and my bike hasn't been down on the right side. I have to work a little bit to get my panel out.
I'm packed for 3 day fishing adventure. 4 person tent,twin air mattress,air pump,sleeping bag,clothes,chair,2 fishing poles,tackle box and stuff to clean and fry fish. I use the small propane tank and ozark trails burner.
Same thing happened to my QRDP I had 3500 miles on mine when I noticed it. They sent me a new one for my Gen 2 tighten the two rear bolts first and there was a gap between mount and front spacers when you draw them down it stresses the front of mount. There fix was assortment of shiming spacers...
The Gen 2 rox risers are longer where they clamp to the angled clamps so they go all the way through the clamps. Gen 1 are shorter and don't go all the way through the angled clamps.
