I used the G2 ergo and couldn't be happier. Fit was spot on and installation was a snap. I went with the stainless steel for the added weight to the bar end.

I had the Caribou liners with their bags on my R1150GS. I did the Labrador Highway and was very pleased with the performance of this setup. If I buy bags for my Ténéré I will more than likely go with this setup again. Buy the liners that fit correctly and you will not be disappointed.
