I sure wish I could tell you where these came from. They were on my '12 S10 when I bought her from the PO. They are solid and positioned perfectly. May be the best highway pegs I've ever had... on any bike.
I installed my 805 rear just before Christmas and an end-of-year ride. I now have nearly 2000 miles on it and so far -- particularly for a $90 price tag on Amazon Prime! -- am very happy. Tire pressure on the road (95% of riding on it so far) at 32psi. (corrected)
I just removed this throttle lock from my 2012. Perfect condition and works well. The PO had recently installed a Rostra cruise control which works great and I just don't need this one as well.

Just did mine yesterday.
No, you won't need it water or soap other than to clean the surface beforehand. The decals are pretty easy to install if you take your time. My problem is figuring out where each one goes!
