Dcstrom, you are correct, 12795 is price, then i guess he calculated the md tax for me eventhough i will probably have to pay it here in md. And yes, that was price from beginning. They dont seem to charge prep fees or if they do is very small... Maybe we can meet and ride together one day...

Thanks dcstrom, in have an email from them saying that the OTD price inludes md tax. I will have to call them. Did you buy it there because price was lower or for other reasons. Thanks

I asked for the OTD price on a S10 at Romney Cycles in WV and got a much better price (1200 less than at my dealer here in MD). He said that included the Md tax and everything... I have never bought a vehicle out state, does that mean the dealer in WV can/will do the MD registration paperwork...

Hello all, I am getting ready to buy an S10 soon. I own a vstrom 1000 which I love. Not planning to spend more money on accesories but what are must have accesories? I am also planning to do the 600 mile service my self. Cheers
