    Rectifier/regulator beeping? Bike is dead

Just an FYI, since you're new and may not be familiar with all of the players here: EricV has been here since the start and, with the exception of a very few other members I can think of, has probably forgotten more about fixing the Tenere than all of the other forum member's knowledge combined...

    V85TT for now

I think most of us who have moved on (Dirt Dad, Donk, myself, etc.) have not forgotten what brought us here and stick around here for the fellowship. We cherish our time in the S10 camp and would never disparage the girl....the only time we may come close to "talking smack about the Tenere" is...

    V85TT for now

It's all about perception, I guess. If you start poking around in the tech section here, it's easy to conclude that there's all kinds of problems with the S10: clutch basket issues, CCT failures, CC issues, lack of factory lube in suspension/steering bearings, ABS pump failures, rear drive oil...

    SCU Fault/Diagnostic Code 89 help

There's a procedure to reset the suspension, I would recommend using Google to search "yamahsupertenere suspension reset"....the results will include this forum (the forum search function here sucks).

Have sales strategies changed or am I just getting old?

Lesson here is: Buy from the best dealer you can find, and get your service done at the best wrench that you can find....sadly they're usually not under the same roof.

Have sales strategies changed or am I just getting old?

Sounds like United Motorsports? At least there's a Hooters in the plaza across the street.

    Most comfortable ear plugs?

Been using these for years, only ones I found that don't hurt my ears no matter how long I wear them. YMMV. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06Y2BQ15R

Tablet based Nav, Non-Garmin / TomTom / (NAV)

Good to hear about install and initial thoughts. I have not recorded any tracks, so can't speak to that issue. As far as locating anything in Gaia, I've found it comes down to how you have organized your stuff (tracks, routes, waypoints, folders, etc.) and getting past the learning curve of...
