Recently bought a trials bike and wanted to build a trailer for it to pull with the Tenere. Ended up using my Bushtec cargo trailer as base for the bike trailer. The ramp etc is a welded aluminum structure that bolts to the Bushtec frame in place of the box. Takes about 30 minutes to switch back...

Factory shims are in .01mm. Hard to buy in those increments. Sometimes you can trade out at the service dept. for those.

Go back and make sure every electrical plug is connected. I had same issue one time after valve check and found that I had missed one of the connectors to throttle bodies. Connected and it fired right up. Would have sworn that I had not missed one.

I am not aware of anything that changed that would affect the hitch.

Hit a hog on a 305 Yamaha when I was a teenager. Bent the forks so bad that the front wheel was in between the pipes up against the engine. Launched me over the handle bars like I had been shot out of a cannon. Damn sure like hitting a two foot high wall.

Thinking about building a trailer to tow the trials bike. There is nowhere close to ride it, but it should be good exercise just learning to balance on it judging from first attempts in the yard.
