I've got about 3K miles on my Mitas E07's, non Dakar version. I really like the tires both on and off road, but the front is nearly worn out. I'll be lucky to get 4K miles. I ride gently and keep it at 33psi. I was expecting 8-10K. Very disappointed. Would the Dakar versions wear better?

I looked in the bottom of the box, under the plastic wrapper, and there it was. Brand new Yamaha tank bag cover. Perfect fit. Thanks all for the suggestions.

I got the bag used, so I didn't realize that it originally came with a cover. I'll check with Yamaha, and also some generic cover options. Thanks, Walt
