Anyone have a rain cover for their factory tank bag? I really like the factory tank bag, fits the ST really well. But I need a way to cover it up during the rain. I'm sure a plastic bag would do the trick, but this ain't a KLR. Looking for something a bit more refined and worthy of such a refined motorcycle.

I am sure you can find a close enough fit from Wolfman, Giant Loop, etc. Chaparral has several listed.

I do, and it came with the bag. The cover is part of the kit when you buy the oem bag. If you purchased a new bag retail and didn't get the cover, you should contact the seller.

I got the bag used, so I didn't realize that it originally came with a cover. I'll check with Yamaha, and also some generic cover options.

Thanks,
Walt

I have GIVI bag, it came with rain cover but I have never used the rain cover and the bag has never leaked at least not that I’ve noticed and I have ridden in plenty of rain with it.

I got mine used (barely, can't even tell), too, but all of the parts were with it except the shoulder strap for carrying. I put it on the bike once and decided it was a lot larger than what I expected and wanted, so it's on a shelf waiting for me to get around to posting a for sale notice for it someday. It is a nice bag, just a lot larger than I thought it would be.

I looked in the bottom of the box, under the plastic wrapper, and there it was. Brand new Yamaha tank bag cover. Perfect fit. Thanks all for the suggestions.
