I noticed this rattle on my S-10 at about 16500 Kms. But it was the top steering stem nut that was loose, I tightened to 94 ft-lb, as per the service manual, and that took care of the problem.

I have a freight forwarder in Florida, USA and everything I purchase goes to him and he ships it to me. When it gets here in Panamá, I have to pay importation duties. That is why I was asking if it works the same way in the US. Maybe a gringo can clarify this for me. Thanks
