Here in Belgium and Holland several people had the same issue. After checking with a dealer it was the Camshaft chain tensioner who was making the sound.

It needs some small modification.

I have solved the mystery of this hugger. At the underside of de hugger they also tried to erase a part-number of the original part but we found out what there was. 5c3-F1621-00-00 This means it is an original hugger (part 19 in picture) for an YN50 or YN50F Yamaha scooter normally sold for...

Day before yesterday we in Belgium and Holland received our 14 pieces. First we ware a bit of disappointed because it is not very beautiful extracted. There are big marks left on top but eventually it seems you will not notice it because the exhaust is in front. See pictures.

The accessory lights connector is only hot when engine is on. Eastern Beaver uses this connector to get the signal for his PC-8 fuse block. And I have one so I'm sure it is working.

I'm using the side 2 panniers for about 1 year now and I do not have much complaints right know. If you put some tec7 at the water-seals they stay where they should and for the locking mechanism everybody here knows the right procedure (push before unlock or lock) . they would not fit a helmet.
