USPS works fine also. I've had plenty of stuff delivered via USPS, it then usually makes its way through the Australia Post system which is reliable and not priced over the top. UPS is quicker but more expensive. But whatever is the easiest. I'm in no rush.

Did you drill the new hole? Step 45 on page 4/7. If you have the original bars there is already a centre punch mark that you just drill with a 4.5mm drill bit. That should fix your problem.
