Latest news! After replacing the rectifier/regulator I have made a trip of 30km. The black (burned) ground wire doesn't warm up! The battery charges, since i tested the output 13,8V. So, I think the problem is solved. Anyway I will make a appointment with the garage to verify and to do a check...
Here a little update of my problem. After some research and input from other members I am still not sure what the problem is.
Checked the rectifier/regulator.
- Between the 3 white combinations I have messured 22-23V.
- The output from the black and red, while the motor is running is 12,3V...
Dear All,
My bike is from 2010 European model. I wonder if the black wire also gets warm after idling for a few minutes. You can take hold of the thread, it feels warm.

Beste allemaal,
Mijn fiets is van 2010 europees model. Ik vraag mij af of bij jullie de zwarte draad ook warm wordt na enkele minuten stationair draaien. Je kan de draad vastnemen, hij voelt zich warm aan.

I have tested with another cable +/- same size and ther is no smoking coming out of the wires. Still it's warm, not hot, just barely can hold my hand... while the motor is turning. Checked also with voltmeter and I messure 12,4V. When trottle is increased I messsure some peaks of 13, 2V.
