I wonder if they were using regular low octane gas most of the trip. I have a buddy that never uses premium in his and has 80,000 miles. But he accelerates slow. Also I wonder if they had the size 14 battery for the trip. Too bad they don't have a website about the trip.
It was too wide by about 3mm. The bike is new so the mount area should be good. The picture I posted shows how far off it was. I debate ordered another one and if I do wonder if I should order from another vendor so as not to get one from the same batch.

Did you have any issue with the screws that mount the winglets and the support bar? The screws that come with the winglets are pretty weak. Does the Madstad come with new screws for that area?

I just ordered one from Sargent. with their current discount code cost was about $395 for just the rider seat. I bought direct so that I can return it if I'm not in love with it. It took 3 weeks to arrive. So far I'm liking it but I"m not sure its $400 better than a modified stock seat I have.
