First post in awhile. Just put on a set of Oxford heated grips this afternoon. Happy I got the heated grips, however I am sad that the cold weather is coming fast and I'll have to use them.

Im pretty sure those are what I got. They are driving version not thr fog light version. They mounted up and wired easy. I taped into the accessory plug for the power to the switch so they will only work if the key is turned on.

Yeah. I used a mahle filter this time. I had one of the purolators on there that was shaped wrong.

Changed the oil, hopefully this filter doesnt leak. Bolted on the new skid plate and attached a yamaha oem top case I bought from a member here. It was a great day. Hopefully my yoshi rs4 comes in tomorrow at a decent hour so I can put it on before work.

I have the yoshimura coming tomorrow ::015:: Ill let you know how I like it after I put it on. Went with yoshi because I have 2 bros on my SV1000 and they are loud! The SV still sounds good just too loud for long range trips.

I installed a pair of piaa driving lights and put a yellow headlight bulb in the left headlight. Now i have a yellow tinted headlight, one regular headlight, and the led driving lights. I think i have it covered now.

I did a fly and ride years ago when I was stationed on Long Island. I drove back home for a weekend put the break in miles on in 2 days changed the oil and flew in the following weekend to ride it back. itll give you time to bond with the new bike. ::001::
