I just turned 4000 miles on my Tenere and noticed that the rear disk has an uneven wear pattern. It looks like I am just getting a little over 1/2 of pad wearing onto the disk. This is a picture of the outside of the disk and you can see the different shades on the disk showing the uneven wear...
