Yep, I've had an ACD plate for years. Front Studs, centre stand bolts and off it comes. Just did an oil change and I think I had the plate off, oil changed, and back on within about 40 minutes and talking my time.

I must be old school....I like my analog. If digital, at least let me customize what it looks like and what it displays. That's one of my favourite things about Gen 1 is the dash....simple to look at, just the info needed, not too busy.

+1...Love my 2013 as well...It's setup for me, runs awesome, rock solid and no plans to upgrade for a few years yet. When I do, guess what it'll be? Another Tenere for sure.

I use a full cover for storage, and a lightweight 1/2 cover for travel. The travel one packs small enough to fit in the gap below the Altrider rear rack.

I don't have a pic that I can easily post up, but I went with wolfman expedition soft bags on the side with a pelican top case. I think it looks awesome, not heavy, not going to break my leg, waterproof, big enough and makes me not bring along a bunch of crap I don't need. I mostly ride solo...

Wrapped up with the tent and strapped across the back seat...makes for a nice back rest. Sleeping bag in the wolfman expedition paniers, sleeping pad in it's own bag between the tent and the top box.

Yep, mark position before removing...problem solved. This is assuming, of course, that the bars are centered as they currently sit. Other way is to just find center of the whole bar and then use that mark to measure out to each riser.
