Dear friends,

Sorry if this has been asked before, I did search before asking but I was only able to find threads about benefits and specific part numbers.

I keep reading that this is a "300-400 bucks upgrade", but as far as I can see the basket alone costs almost 700 bucks on Stadium Yamaha.
Was thinking about changing the the basket at the same time that I go in to swap the old discs out but I am hoping it won't be 1000 USD just in parts

Thanks a lot.

I got mine from web bike Japan but keep in mind it “does not come with any clutch plates”
Any recommendations on plates?
most people on here depends on mileage mind i mean very high mileage most people pull the gen 1 plates out and fit them straight into the gen 2 basket straight swop only change the basket

Agree with Rob here. Changed my basket 40k miles ago, still on the original metal and fibre plates. Clutch works fine.
