Yes you can change to KMH.

I'm pretty sure it's engine running and then press the trip reset button, but press and keep pressed. Do the same to return to MPH.

Mines a 2013 though.

My Garmin automatically changed when I crossed over to Canada. But I switched the speedo anyway. At that time Canadian bikes couldn't switch to MPH when they come down here, haven't heard if the newer bikes can or not. Thought it was strange they couldn't switch.

If you press down the menu button for 2 seconds, it'll throw you into a load of setup menus where you can change the speed / distance units to kph and also change the clock as well.

The menu rocker switch will then take you through the different options.

Mines a 2018 model - changed over to kph when queuing for the ferry a few weeks ago.Made a nice change to have a large kph display rather than relying on the small satnav display.

Cheers!
