Wendell Cases out of business?

Does anyone have any recent contact info for Wendell Cases aka Muffintop Industries? I tried his email and it bounced back. I lost one of my lids, and need to get a replacement...

I've got his cases and occasionally check when people ask. He disappeared more well over a year ago, so I think you'll need to ask a local welding shop to make a replacement. Shouldn't be hard.
